Owls- Comparing Fractions
Jake had a pack of 12 markers. He used 1/4 of the markers to color a beach scene. Alli also had a pack of 12 markers. She used 6/12 of the markers to color a sunset picture.

Alli usd more than Jake.

I think JAKE used more.Because 1/4 is divided bigger and has bigger groups.

ReplyDeleteI think jake used more markers 'cause 1/4 has wider groups.One time I had to use fracshons to split a cake.We had to split a cake for four peaple first we split it into halves and then fourths.

Jake used more markers. I have used it when I had toast for breakfast and I put 1/4 of jelly on it.
