Squirrels and Bears- Tell Me What You Know About Money!

This week starts our last math unit-money!  Tell me what you already know about money.  For example, do you know the names of all the coins and their values?  Do you know how to make a dollar?  Write as much as you already know!
Also, explain a time when you have used money to buy something.  What did you get?  How much did it cost?  What money did you pay for it with?

    A penny is 1 cent.
    A nickel is 5 cents.
    A dime is 10 cents.
    A quater is 25 cents.
    A half-dollar is 50 cents.
    A 5 dollar bill is 500 cents.

    The penny is worth 1 cent.The nickel is worth 5 cents.The dime is worth 10 cents.The quater is worth 25 cents. The doller is worth 100 pennys.I once bought a gum but i gave the woman a doller but she said i need 50 cents i did not know why i needed to give her cents i did not have enough money my mom saw me so she paid for it.

    A penny is 1 cent.
    A dime is 10 cent.
    A nickle is 5 cent.
    A quarter is 25 cent.
    1 way to make a dollar is 10 dimes.
    And another way is to put 4 quartes.
    Becuase 2 quartes equles 50 cents and 2 more equles 100 cents thats 2 ways to make 1 dollar.vc

    pennys are 1 cent.nickels are 5 cents.
    dimes are 10 cents.quarters are 25 cents.The penny is a diffrent color becuase the penny is coperbrown but all of the rest of the coins are silver.Every coin is a diffrent size. M.M
